Crab-Stuffed Manicotti....

Here is the next recipe I found that sounded absolutely delicious and I just had to try it out. It was in he healthy cooking cookbook from my parents and it turned out amazing! Lars & I both loved it!

Here is the delicious recipe....



Step 1: Mix crab, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, lemon-pepper, and pepper together.

Step 2: Cook manicotti shells according to package.
Step 3: Decide what veggie you want with it... I thought zucchini would go great with it.
Step 4: Make the white cream sauce... use butter, flour, and milk....
Step 5: Put a thin layer of sauce in bottom of pan. Fill manicotti shells with crab mixture and lay in pan. When all shells are filled and placed in pan pour remaining sauce over it. Pop it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6: While the manicotti is cooking, saute the zucchini.
Step 6: When it is done cooking sprinkle fresh parsley on top and you are ready to eat...

Pour your favorite glass of wine....
