French Toast Casserole


Another new delicious recipe....

We were having Lars' sister and her boyfriend over for breakfast before we headed up to Breckenridge for the Beer Fest this weekend and I wanted to make something new and hopefully delicious. I found a recipe for French Toast Casserole in a cooking magazine my mom had given me and decided to try it out. It was super easy to prepare and make which made it that much better. To make this dish you prepare everything the night before and let it sit overnight in the fridge and when you are ready to cook it the next morning pop it in the oven for 45 minutes. It made the house smell wonderful too!! I served this casserole with powdered sugar and maple syrup for toppings and then a fresh fruit salad on the side. I will definitely be making this recipe again when ever we have company!!!
