1. Julie sent me her recipe for these soft chip cookies that are just amazing so I had to try them out for myself. The recipe was super easy and the dough even tasted great! (of course I had to try it!)
2. I was looking through a healthy cooking cookbook my mom & dad just got us and found a recipe for Stuffed Ranch Chicken with a white cream sauce--so I had to try it. It turned out AMAZING!!!

| First: Pound the Chicken to 1/4 inch thickness... |
| Next: Finely chop mushrooms, bell pepper and green onions. Also cook four pieces of bacon in a pan-- not to the point of being crispy though. |
| Third: Spread a layer of Ranch dressing over the chicken breast. |
| Fourth: Layer on the yummy veggies. |
| They are ready to be rolled up... |
| Roll the chicken up keeping as much of the veggies inside as you can. Use the bacon strips to wrap around the chicken and toothpicks to hold in place. |
| Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
| I served it with spaghetti noodles and a white cream sauce. |
This dish turned out totally delicious!! So happy when trying new things turns out great!!!
