| All of the ingredients. |

| Shred the cheese. |

| Melt the butter and add the flour to start making the sauce. |

| Add the milk. |

| Add ground mustard and mix well so there are not lumps. |

| Beat egg in separate containing and slowly add about a 1/4 cup of sauce to the egg--doing it slowly as to not scrabble or cook the egg. When done, add to the sauce and mix well. |

| Add shredded cheese and stir until smooth. |

| Once cheese mixture is ready, add macaroni noodles and mix well. |

| Add a little cheese to the top and pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. |

| It's hot and bubbly and ready to eat!! YUMMY!! We ate it with a fresh salad from our garden. |
